This guy really thinks if we had the magic world government there wouldn't be bad actors trying to use and further the power of AI to their advantage.
How can someone so smart be so incredibly naive and stupid at the same time? Or he just wants to "abolish capitalism" and tries to use fearmongering of AI as an excuse.
