Considering humanity is an extremely rare and limited resource in the universe, the idea that an Artificial Super Intelligence would "destroy humanity" doesn't add up. If an Artificial Super intelligence needed to destroy limited resources to achieve a goal, then it's not really "super intelligent" - it's just human level intelligence in digital form.
