This is a good thing. Customer service is absolutely terrible these days no matter where you go. Then they always blame the public. I'd rather deal with a robot than a human who got my order wrong, & is gonna be pissed when they have to correct it. Hell they're already pissed to be at work taking my order. I say bring on the robots
