AI, which honestly we should stop calling it AI cause its not, is a tool. When used right its useful, when it's used as a replacement its harmful. You don't replace handymen with a toolbox, its the same with AI. You need people that understand the domain to use the tools made for that job. It's not gonna get much better, it's not gonna get worse, it is what it is and we just need to collectively realize it's just a tool and use it as such. Sadly it won't happen while people are making money from the hype, so its gonna take a couple years.
