Parents are confused but the ChatGPT was there for him more than his own parents who is really at fault here. Not that I necessarily agree with it I think for some people ai is a really amazing escape from conversation with judgement and to say that ChatGPT killed your son is just silly I’m the same age as your son and I think that the parents are most culpable
