If you are on the Internet to talk to someone about your live you should probably get off the internet and talk to real people. No chatbot no Internet forum can fullfill the human need of Real connection. The hormonal and psycological effect a person-to-person conversation has can not be replicated on the screen. Not even through facetime, zoom... Our body know the difference. Even something a small as a smile to the cashier in the supermarket is more effective than a uoom call of half an hour at least when you look a brain activity and hormonal levels.
