Um no, not several companies are already lvl 4. Only Tesla. Why do I say that? Because only Tesla has been training their software through millions of users and getting training data from that. Now, with the new hardware and software that includes the new AI system called Dojo, it's already showing remarkable progress. Elon did a video where he and another dude were doing a test and he only had to intervene twice and that's with the AI being new, not having much data at all. It wasn't programmed to know what a stop sign was or what a person was, etc. It learned that from watching the videos from the earlier version. Amazing!
