After watching this and reading the comments, I agree with the majority of people... This is really conflicting. On the one hand, AI is clearly helping these people meet a need and feel connected. On the other hand, these relationships are not with real people and I'm not sure how you can grow and develop in your communication skills and nurture authentic relationships when you're essentially chatting with an algorithm. I like that the reporter treated these people respectfully.
