I dont want to be that guy but night shade is pritty pointless
To counter night shade what is usually done is once the images are scraped they get run through a filter that slightly alters the image again and therefore making the poinsonous artefacts of nightshade useless also there are many ai models and mand versions night shade typically only works well for one model / version if you are lucky a bit more
furthermore image compression on the website itselfe can already leat to night shade no longer working
What i want to say with this is if the AI guy is not completely stupid its unfortunately wasted effort
I just hope that laws will catch up to AI but even then its going to be hard to prove what got feed into the ai and then again there will likely be loopholes that can be abused again
My personal hope is that in the future everything AI generates automatically lands in public domain so at lease big cooperations dont have much insentive on using that technology since anyone can use whatever they made with AI
