22:17 He’s saying we can have a utopia but we need a political revolution first to get a government that actually puts the people first instead of just serving the billionaires/trillionaires. Right now capitalism has fully taken over all 3 branches of government so AI is currently just being used to enrich and give more control to a very small percentage of the country/world while impoverishing everyone else so we really do need a major revolution immediately at this point
