The issue I have had when AI has accelerated my work is that if I am 3x more productive, my mind is toast at the end of the day. He gave example of a family member replying to letters and doing 5x more letters than before. How does she feel at the end of the day? It burns you out big time. What winds up happening is you can’t keep up with that acceleration over weeks and you need more downtime to recover mentally. AI doesn’t just make you go faster while you play Xbox, you’re also doing 5x more thinking too.
