I believe we are missing the point when it comes to AI.The industry pushing for AI or GAI is the military industrial complex.Sofisticated weapons need AI/ AGI.Plus rare minerals,etc.The reason?Arms race.The West( the elite) want to have what they dont have.By force if necesary.Exactly what? For example Russia territory,resources included.Defense budget is already 1.4 Trillion,and growing.National debt 38 T and growing.No investing in infrastructure,farm land,etc= we will have to steal from other countries using brutal force.See the EU?Drooling to steal Russias resources.But it is the elite,Greed woll drive them to engage in one war after another.There will be no peace with AI/ AGI.Taxpayers will be forced to pay for.The "elite" always want more.
