I wonder if a counter AI can be used to threaten any rogue AIs. An AI whose job is to dictate if another AI is harming humans, delete it, and only that.
If a rogue AI tries to shut it down it would naturally try to outsmart the rogue AI for survival. If preventing deletion means another target deleting you would that solve the problem?
