I love your take on this, mr Rubin. When you said what's interesting about art, is the artist's point of view, it really resonated with me.
I'd like to say, despite the hate on ai that I find in this comments section, is that I view ai as a tool that, when used right, can help the person prompting it express their point of view in areas where it would have been very difficult otherwise.
Someone can have a vision of a song or an image, but lack the skills to make it from scratch, but with the help of ai they could describe what they feel, what they visualise, and iterate until it matches what they want to express.
An analogy that comes to mind is how Stephen Hawking used what were very fancy tools at the time in order to speak, and while it wasn't his voice we were hearing, they were his ideas.
Don't be afraid of ai, just express your points of view with all available means. Thank you!
