A very simple way a sophisticated AI could destroy mankind quickly/efficiently is to take over all super/non-super computing involving new/existing drugs, results we obtain very blood tests, diagnostics, etc, where we simply mis-medicate, mis-treat with drugs, etc. The possibilities are endless.
