Most of those initial examples won't be automated by AI, but by machines and robotics...
Odds are, many of the jobs that either were or in limited cases still are manual will see increased automation aswell. Meaning that while there'll initially still be people doing them? They'll be doing the work of 2 or more people... Thus still taking away jobs in those fields.
