Sorry but I just don't see this happening at all. Companies laying off employees for AI are just months later rehiring. AI is glorified chat bots currently. They can barely do anything and what they do is shit currently. They are not producing good results. Could this improve or change? Sure. But at this point this is Sci-Fi. There is a huge AI bubble and this is extremely evident.
