I've been learning Blender and while I definitely have a LONG way to go, I'm definitely happy I took this route instead of trying to AI generate art for the game I'm trying to make. On top of that, taking the effort has led to me hating AI as a concept. It has its uses, like "hey I need a monster token for my virtual tabletop real quick" or "I can't get this paragraph to work, can you help me out" y'know, small personal use or help with quick editing. But other than that, uh... no. Just no. It'd definitely be faster to generate tons of images in the style of Trigun/Outlaw Star, but it's just more fun and interesting to learn how to crank that out in Blender.
