The current state of AI isn't 'Artificial Intelligence', but 'Adaptive Inaccuracy'. ChatGPT 4 couldn't even handle a basic mathematical conundrum from the TV show Countdown until, after it made around 20 failed guesses and I provided explanations why it's results were wrong, I finally had to provide it with the correct answer. It came across as fully confident that every wrong answer it provided was correct. The error rate will increase as AI's rely more heavily on incorrect AI generated data.
