the closest thing to an argument this goober guy Jason has is that he is referencing "prompt engineering" which is essentially how to prompt AI properly to get what you want. which is essentially building the "knowledge base" the AI will reference. so it is what you want, but... prompt engineering will never officially be a thing....hopefully lol.
