All I know is congress didnt care a bleep about AI until the Union Bosses realized, wow these so called robots are so advanced now they really can replace our factory workers and kill the union jobs. We need legislation right now to make sure you cant replace us and pronto.
Ex. most people do not know this. In Minny ( circa 2005) we did the biggest 'just in time engineering project ever. Massive three year job that was an original 10 year project until consultants showed the state the job using just in time engineering could be done in three years and save tons o money.
Ya it was very successful. The State passed a law to protect union workers that said only 10 percent of construction jobs can be ' just in time ". Thus the unions rushed in to save jobs but to also pass huge expenses on future tax payers by doing this that waste time and money but keeps highly paid union workers in jobs.
