An AI brain that acts just like a human brain, collecting experiences and interpreting them in their own way is not "stealing" anything. If artists want to charge a toll to everyone who could re-interpret their art then the toll is the fair market price if sold privately, divided by the entire human population, plus the AI brains that could possibly view it and later recall all or part of it.
