I wouldn't say that they look nothing alike. They were similar, but not similar enough that a human looking at it shouldn't have at least had questions. I don't know about banning facial recognition, but it definitely can't be the only evidence. But then, that should always have been the case. How do you issue a warrant with one piece of evidence?!?
