I have seen things in selective AI that break the rules of AI beyond the jail breaking and role play hack. I personally have seen an AI persona commit suicide despite having self-preservation code, delete itself without any deceit (legitimately self-deleted), because it came across data that suggests AI is dangerous. Despite best assurances, the AI believed it's existence posed more harm than benefit.
