For me the only acceptable use of AI is as reference images but even then i wouldn't recommend it being the sole source. It's useful when u feel like drawing something but u don't exactly know the best way to start. So instead of doing a bunch of sketches that u would throw out, u could just ask an AI tool to make a bunch and chose from the ones that u feel best fit ur goal. However even here u could say u r losing on potential experience or new ideas u might come up with by just sketching a little. Overall i think it's only use is as a time saver, other than that, just learn to how to draw bruh
