while i disagree with your view,.... i don't think this is the place for me to comment details... HOWEVER, one big step you are missing... it's not stability AI that has the large dataset and what you claim to be a violation. it's OPEN AI.... which is the source of the datasets (which in turn is heavily funded by google msft and facebook along with a few government organizations - namely USA feds).... those are the organizations you should be against.
