What those companies are doing is definitely not legal. Also people think AI is going to get so good that we can’t tell it apart. But guess what. To get AI as good as clumps of cells making REAL art it’d need more than one trillion times the amount of training data in the entire planet. We may eventually get there but not in this millennium.
