Good AI art exists but it is not recognized as AI art. There's no incentive to disclose the use of AI if it's convincing and there's no legal obligation for creators to disclose their tools. There's much more incentive for creators to take credit for what AI creates under their prompting. So don't expect that you will be told when AI art is good.
