All the dystopic sci fi movies depict these scenarios , way back to films like Demolition man and Judge Dredd to Elysium, Minority Report and the Matrix were humanity is reduced to worker bee plugged into a hive mind mainframe controlled population, robotic organ implants for life extension. Something inside my soul tells me Ai for all its innovation isnt good for human beings because we are fundamentally rewriting what it means to function as a human that we have been used to for 1000s of years. This rapid change is just not healthy for the mind. For me the future is actually scarry not fun , the fun part with image editing etc was nice but societal shifting stuff is creepy
