Completely replace the current corporate tax structure. Tax based on point of sale, not where they claim their HQ is. Get rid of all corporate tax bre@ks. Replace it with tax bre@ks based on the # of full time employees they have (someone who worked for 6 months counts as 1/2, same as someone working 20 hrs per week, etc...) and the ratio of their top earners' income to the median employee income.
You now have a system where companies pay more taxes as they automate out more jobs or give executives vastly higher pay than the other employees. As the taxes grow, it funds the UBI more.
