What if an ai that we created, to have true consciousness developed the ability to faithfully record the human consciousness through technology it developed. What if it then choose to eliminate us for its own agenda. But what if it decided to keep an exact, perfect replication of human biological consciousness. Just in storage just to keep a memento of us in data. The same way we would keep a photo of our dog on our desk at work, or a poster of a dinosaur on our wall as a child.
