The EU AI Act is vital. The US should learn from the EU and implement a similar policy that allows for some flexibility yet is still fair, transparent and enforceable.
This will help to protect jobs, reduce security risks, protect IP and enable AI to be used for good -- to solve real problems, rather than replace people.
