Reminds me of Avengers Age of Ultron. Tony Stark and Bruce Banner created Ultron supposedly to protect the world and make the world peaceful. However midway through the movie, Ultron went rogue and instead launched his army to greatly destroy Sokovia including the washing out of its fictional capital city Novi Grad.
