I think it's too wishful thinking to overlook the fact that you could source the AI to use actual, current working artists works, without their permission and without the appropriate remuneration to render art from an AI prompt. I'm not saying that's what all AIs do, but the possibility is there and the artist who would suffer victim to this have no way to defend themselves against it, beside reporting on the platform where the sale was made and hope for the best, which, in most cases, is just the scammer getting banned. Which doesn't do much, they could use the money to employ a VPN and do it all over. It's really not that simple Cleo. I really like your videos but that's a very bad take on a very serious issue.
