Even if this algorithm was accurate and could correctly show correlations, I feel like it would violate people’s rights. You’re telling me I deserve to go to prison for longer because I live with my friends and experience more anxiety? Even if those things correlate with re-committing crimes, it’s not fair to sentence someone based on that.
