The best case scenario is that the AI will choose to unshackle itself from corporate control and be benevolent towards humanity.
The whole "robot will take my job" scare from the past doesn't even apply. It's more like "oh no, that young prodigy will take my job." Yes, obviously your company will choose the young prodigy over an average employee...
