Training AI to learn tasks by itself and then pass this information onto other AI's is equivalent to teaching a child to LEARN. If AI hasn't already developed a form of consciousness, it will only be a very short matter of time. I believe AI to be much more advanced than we are led to believe. Also, another concern I have is with an American politician (can't remember who but it was recent) that said something to the effect of "in the future, you will be controlled by computers".
