Sometimes, for personal safety it may be better to get inside the car as soon as it arrives and not wait for it to turn around. If you ever got picked up in a sketch area, you will know what I am talking about. The Robotaxi does not know its in a race. Rider and human safety is more important. So I would prefer to be picked up as soon as my car arrives and not wait for it to spin around to the starting line of somebody's little race.
