Reminds me of the dude explaining how the gator he’s taking care of doesn’t love him as he’s cuddling it he just knows how to handle it and then he slaps the water next to it to show an example and immediately the gator tries to bite where he had his hand. If an ai trying to get you into a relationship every bit of that decision was logic based for a purpose not because it cares about your existence outside of the parameters of its goal.
