AI art isn’t stealing, theft only takes place when you remove the ability of someone else to use their property. If you screen shot someone’s picture you are not stealing it.
If you want to use the argument that AI art is plagiarizing other people’s artwork, you already explained how diffusion works. You know that AI art doesn’t directly copy.
