For the second controversy is not the same that an AI copies the style like a human do.
Most of the artist copies the style to learn from it while developing their owne art style. Usong the AI doesn't let you learn from the art style you are copying.
If you are a begining artist try to practice instead of using AI to learn from the artist and even from yourself if you practice enough.
