Written tests using ai-procedure is no different than using google to answer a test you've no idea of.. doctors don't and shouldnt get that, and that *is* how these models are trained on, anything that can be effectively googled, gets an answer.
But in real life, imaging, conditions, and patient testimony (both ignored and accepted) are what drive a lot of the suggestions doctors take, inputting those into a google search will not get you an effective answer.
This is like saying "oh, well you scored very high in the sports writting segement, so youll probably be a very good basketball player!"
