Elon Musk also believed that Twitter would use RPC in the app. A former employee denied it because there is no reason for an RPC and then he got fired.
So, there is no reason to believe anything what elon says. He just reads some books and throws some fancy words. That's it. If you look at what experts in the AI field say then you would know that we are faaaar away from what he describes.
