Raw LLM Responses

If you ask AI how much water one person searching up 1 question on AI is...the answer, roughly 1 drop of water. Not much right? How many people use fb, gmail, Amazon cloud for photos, local weather apps, news feeds, maps, restaurant hours, everything we do is using some type of AI on the internet. How many times a day do you use the internet, search for something, etc.? 3 times, 10 times? More? Take your answer and multiply that by billions of people all over the world. If one data center is using 83 million liters of water multiple that by hundreds of data centers all over the world. How much worse has the drought become in known dry areas? How many data centers are there, all around the world in these historically dry, drought areas? How many more areas are going to go dry when they move in? These elite companies are sickening. They have billions to toss around. They're getting tax cuts, tax abatements, and local government is rezoning areas that they have no business going into. All in the lie of "more jobs", "more taxes". You don't need 1k people to babysit servers. You don't get taxes for "X" amount of years in tax abatement. In 10, 20 years, that data center might be obsolete, sucked up every drop of water and forced people out of the city or county. Not to mention the horrible land use practices and environmental damage it's caused to the local ecosystems and wildlife. There's no easy answer. But with billions to toss around, you'd think they could have found a better way to do this than to lie to the very people that buy and use their products every day. (Edited for typos (that I seen) )
