I keep seeing comments all over the Internet across a variety of social media feeds, videos, etc. talk about how terrible all these things are (they are), how terrible things are in general (they also are), and someone should stop this (they should), and honestly, unless people are willing to get their hands dirty, then the systems that allow these things to proliferate aren't going anywhere.
Sure, we can defer the "fighting" to people working within the system, but news flash; Bernie lost and has been fighting for literal decades. Cory Doctorow and Right to Repair have ALSO been fighting for decades and have only JUST opened a crack in the door to preserve an open Internet. The only way to really make a splash and force the issue through is to get on the streets, cause some actual chaos and bloodshed. People keep posting that guillotine meme all over the place, but I mean, actually break it out, gang. It's the only way.
