Most useful writing AI isn't free, nor are they all that easy to use properly. Simply typing "Write me a story about .... " won't work. AI grammar checkers are often wrong or advise out of context, so if you're having trouble it could make things worse. As for NaNo, I never understood how an artificial time limit helped my writing in any way.
