I use AI in my own personal art. I'm horrible with creating background scenery so I use AI to create backgrounds. Even then though, I do change the background very often. There might be some super obvious "yeah, this particular area is AI generated" but over 80% of the original image is altered to some magnitude. This dude just shit out some word salad and had shit in return.
