When AI matures I would be totally ok with replacing the whole system with an AI where you input the suspected crime, the evidence and the defense arguments and it renders a verdict. It'd be a lot more fair and consistent than what we have right now. No more judges leaning toward the prosecution, no more vindictive judges, no more dumb easily misled juries, no more over reaching prosecutors. And no more making an example out of some unlucky defendant.
