UBI could not work, but not as an absolute equal number for everyone.
It needs to be dynamic and change-able by individual.
I will give an example, if someone has kids, they would receive a higher UBI than others. And the more kids a person has, the higher the UBI.
Or another example based on what kind of city you live in and the average rent prices in that area, your UBI would be higher or lower.
And to reduce bureaucracy, surely governmental databases can be used to retrieve information automatically and make neccesary changes automatically. Obviously not everything would be done automatically, and any automatic change should have the option for a human review.
