My sister is a backend developer... She usually works long hours... She told me that they've been making employees use Claude AI for completing tasks.... From 2 weeks she is working very less bcoz claude is giving accurate code... She is very much aware that the management has introduced the tool so that they can cut down the cost of employees and hold on to few ppl who can monitor the changes made by claude... So many ppl will be gone soon... She said these words by herself
